oh am so messed up, i don't know how to upload pic. i was almost there, i clik the host an image then browse a pic and clicked host it and nothing happende.

to upload a pickyou have the host a image option ... and you insert [.i.m.g.] your image Url [./.u.r.l.] without the dots
