Mouseover macro example for Wil:

Code:

/cast [target=mouseover, exists] Spell; Spell

If i put my mouse cursor on a player and use the macro I will cast the spell on him, if i don't have my cursor on anybody i will cast it on target.

Gladius helps a lot cuz i can mousover the frames and not the actual players (a rogue sprinting or a mage between mirrors is hard to mouseover).

SO GIVE GLADIUS... NAO!
